ORC Week 2: A Sophisticated Ensuite in the Making

It’s week 2 of the One Room Challenge (see week 1 here) and I’m suppose to be showing you my progress. Well here it is . . .

Yip.  Just one ceramic towel holder off the wall.  That’s it.

This happened one night while we were getting ready for bed.  The hubs and I were curious to see how much damage this thing will actually create on the wall once we take them all down.  As always, it later turned into a friendly competition to see who can whack it off the wall first.

Hubs won on the first shot.

I was just happy it didn’t make a nasty hole in the drywall.

So really I’ve accomplished absolutely nothing and everything that I had nicely written in my “to-do” list did not get done. I’ve been juggling a million and one tasks lately. . . and to be totally honest, I’ve been living my life dangerously and leaving things for the last minute (totally out of my nature for those who know me). But, hey, I’m digging this new rebel side of me.

Anywho, I’ve been creating some rough sketches to share my vision with the hubby.  I’ve been playing around with different colour schemes trying to narrow down the direction.  And hopefully this weekend, I will be ready to start!
