Since the three clauses are disjunctive (separated by OR), clause b) stipulates that any rainwater (or other non-urban water) can be discharged into a health canal, WITHOUT A DISCHARGE SANITAIRE ACCORD, as long as the water meets the criteria for sanitary discharge. Under clause a: why will a person pay for a health relief contract in accordance with a) if they can deliver the same water to the sanitary sewers free of charge, based on the law (b)? (n) “bouncer,” a person who owns a site dumped at a sewage or wastewater treatment plant, rainwater, uncontaminated water or other substances or something subject to this regulation; 3.2. No person may evacuate or permit rainwater, contactless cooling water, water from drainage activity, uncontaminated water or any other water from a source other than a communal water distribution system in a sanitary canal, unless the spiller is or is responsible for one or more spills at a sewage treatment plant. 24.1. The area may enter a part of a field at an appropriate time to verify the release of a substance to treatment plants, conduct tests and take spill samples. (b) a copy of a valid water capture authorization for the removal of water that would be emptied if such a water capture authority is required by the Ontario Water Resources Act; and 8.2. After receiving and verifying a proposed compliance program in accordance with Section 8.1, the region may, at its sole discretion, approve the compliance program with conditions that the region deems appropriate for any discharge that would otherwise not comply with this regulation. A non-compliant discharge, approved as part of an authorization, is approved only to the extent and to the extent specified in the authorization, during the design, design, design and installation of facilities or work necessary to implement the approved compliance program. 17.1. No one may install or replace a food waste disposal device on land from which wastewater could be discharged into a sewage treatment plant, unless the food waste system has been installed or replaced before November 17, 2012.
